Please be aware that all coaches, referees and committee members must hold a valid blue card. This applies to anyone over the age of 18 years and is not optional.

Contrary to popular opinion, even a registered teacher must hold a valid blue card.

Blue Card Application Forms have changed.
Blue card application forms have been changed due to changes in the legislation. Old forms will no longer be accepted by CCYP. The new form can be downloaded from this website as needed. Easy link here.
